01/01/06
- Measured for plywood cutting

- 14' Plumbing
- Placed two posts for supporting vent pipe outside
- Cass & I did the vent-thru-wall, she worked inside removing rafter support, lining up pipe, marking cuts. I worked outside to modify the rafter support. We then worked together to install the pieces.

- Started this monumental task

01.03.06
- Platform plywood cutting
- cut remaning (plumbing half) platform plywood, by hand. actually one piece short. d'oh! will take from inventory.

- Organize shed
- Continued this monumental task. Can now walk in and find stuff, good enough for now.

- Insulate
- Insulated non-plumbing half of platform
- time: 5 hrs

- Platform plywood cutting
- carried a full sheet of 3/8" up hill in snow to cutting area. fun stuff...not! Used new reciprocating saw to make quick work of cutting WC plumbing chase panels. Snow and sawdust did fly. Had to seal off edges in the shed as snow was too heavy.

- Got pipe raised & supported.

- Plumbing
- Tested sink & shower drains. Success!
- time: 30m
- Insulating
- The chase bottom was cut wrong & was hard to install. Got one joist bay insulated, but took a long time. Installing Bonded Logic in chase required some on-the-fly planning and some screwing.

- Finished the insulated chase, finished testing drains (woo hoo, they work!), dislocated ankle. Some unexpected problems cropped up, will have to rework chase at a later time, seal it up better, caulk, etc.

- Put in a few more panels. One to go, around inbound water pipes.

- Relocated Mungo & gas to turnaround.

- Cut, sealed & inserted substitute diverter bars
- time: 30 min

- MLA Deck
- roughed in one beam part on angled side of deck.
- used a 2*6 scrap to line up joist hanger, beam is 2*8. D'OH!
